Order Handling and Processing

Once you place an order on our website, our team begins preparing your items for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If an item requires additional attention—such as a backorder or special packaging—we will notify you immediately with updated shipping timelines.

Available Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery

We provide several shipping choices to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery generally occurs within 5 to 7 business days within the continental United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, your order will arrive in 2 to 3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Place your order before 12 PM EST to receive next-day delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors. For international orders shipped to Canada, customs clearance and import duties may affect delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, the weight of your package, and your delivery address. These fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Free Shipping Offer: Orders totaling over $50 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not yet offer shipping to other countries, but we hope to expand our shipping destinations soon.

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We gladly ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses through USPS. To avoid delivery issues, please double-check that your address is accurate and complete.

Handling Delivery Problems

While we partner with reputable shipping companies to ensure smooth delivery, occasional delays or issues may arise due to external circumstances such as severe weather or customs inspections. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Support immediately so we can assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Customs and Import Fees

For shipments to Canada, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs authority. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
